The opportunity is real
For Indian businesses looking beyond home, the UAE has moved from “interesting possibility” to serious growth market. The UAE–India Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement came into force in May 2022 and reduced or removed tariffs across more than 80 percent of products. By the end of the 2025–26 financial year, bilateral trade had crossed the US$100 billion mark. That is not a polite exchange of business cards; it is a commercial corridor with momentum.
